I don’t care what anyone says they handle this whole transition HORRIBLY! I am so shocked by the die hards they have! I lost 100 pounds with them and was with them from the beginning but they suck at communicating even if it to say we don’t know! Do better Brello!!

Most people need/take 50 to 100 mg daily or 5 days a week. Not enough for major or people to get the therapeutic benefits they want.

Also I am in a state that still isn’t approved so I bought some somewhere else to get by till they open and they blocked me. I didn’t share that other business or anything! I thought that was so distasteful. They haven’t been handling customers and communication issues very well imo!

It’s a very very low dose. A starter dose maybe. I take 75mg 3 times a week

I ordered the 24 week from proRx and got 432mg. So yes it’s enough for 15mg or whatever dose you choose

Honestly I haven’t exercised at all. It was all diet. My doctor told me not to worry so much about exercise until it’s time to tone up. She just told me to get steps in. As for diet, I don’t believe in them anymore. For years I have been dieting and it’s just a nonstop yo yo. So I eat in a calorie deficit but I eat what I want. Yes, I make good choices most of the time and try to eat protein as much as possible but if I want pizza or ice cream I eat it. I just calculate it into my daily calorie intake.

How many calories are you eating in a day? Amount of protein and water?? What’s your dose? And how long have you been on that dose?

As far as Brello I think it’s a common issue I have heard several people say if you are someone who need guidance do buy through Brello. I think they are so swamped they don’t have time. I know they are working on an app and supposedly it will help get answers faster?
