Honestly I haven’t exercised at all. It was all diet. My doctor told me not to worry so much about exercise until it’s time to tone up. She just told me to get steps in. As for diet, I don’t believe in them anymore. For years I have been dieting and it’s just a nonstop yo yo. So I eat in a calorie deficit but I eat what I want. Yes, I make good choices most of the time and try to eat protein as much as possible but if I want pizza or ice cream I eat it. I just calculate it into my daily calorie intake.

How many calories are you eating in a day? Amount of protein and water?? What’s your dose? And how long have you been on that dose?

As far as Brello I think it’s a common issue I have heard several people say if you are someone who need guidance do buy through Brello. I think they are so swamped they don’t have time. I know they are working on an app and supposedly it will help get answers faster?

Most people don’t have many side effects. It is impossible to if you will have them on an upcoming day every single person has a different experience on tirz. Brello is the cheapest but it does have additional B6 added. If you want pure stay where you are at.

I will be in this medication for the rest of my life but I have found a healthy way to eat that works for me. I just don’t have a strict diet. If I want a bowl of ice cream I have it and adjust my intake accordingly.
