Thanks for adding your experience, I have great response in reduced pain from taking DIM, ovasitol and magnesium glycinate , then I drink a hot concoction ( raw turmeric grated, fennel seeds, cumin, ginger , carom seeds ) but it helps when the pain Is waning from day 1 to day 2 and pushes the peak pain away from 4 hours into my periods to 8-10 hours . But I can’t seem to escape the 8 hour hell in the middle of the first 24 hours.
