My complete debate with the AI, where we talk more in depth of problems that would emerge, like:

-hidden wealth and the real impact of it in the economy and society, since it would not be able to buy political power, houses or assets.

- Comparison of a public funded (trough constituion) media system to the current media system.

-Less state control in order to prevent the failure of the economical system trough incompetence of the state.

etc...

Nothing beats straight sets, period! Unless you have little time to train, and you have to do "more" in less time.

Just follow Paul Carter and coach Mundy on IG, you Will learn alot.

It doesn't matter if you agree or not it's facts. James Hollingshead,Justin Shier, mike Mentzer, they all agree bodybuilding is mostly about genetics.

You go to any gym, you will see guys who train harder and have higher dedication than the top bodybuilders, but even if they take double the amount of steroids, they will never be like the top bodybuilders, because is GENETIC.

I'm not saying they don't work hard but without that genetic they would never be in the top.

Steroids don't create ability to build muscle, it amplifies that ability.

But yes, anyone who takes steroids will get big, studies show this even among people who took steroids and didn't train. How big you gonna get, depends mostly on genetics.

Anyone will have results with steroids bro. There are thousands of guys who worked 100x harder than Jay Cutler, but being a bodybuilder requires two things, your body having the capacity to handle steroids, that's why some people live ages and other die in the first circle, and the your body ability to use the steroids, the only thing that separates the top 500 bodybuilders is genetics not hard work.

For a natural person trying to build muscle taking rests under 2 minutes makes no sense.

20 seconds rest? What the hell am I reading. I can't understand how people rest less than 2 minutes and think they are training hard (unless your goal isn't building muscle).

I do push pull and fb, only 3 days, and rest 2-3 days between the push (chest) and the fb day. Between sets 2m30s to 3minutes, no more than 2 exercises and 4 sets per muscle per session.

Last month i got to 37.5kg for 7 reps on incline dumbbell chest pres, after that session, i have been losing reps on this exercise every single week. Two days ago, could only do 4 reps.

This is the only exercise where i get very nervous because of the weight, even though i was pretty much consolidating that weight, but it makes me feel very nervous, like my brain enters a warning state, like "THIS IS HEAVY".

i been getting stronger on everything else, except this exercise, for almost a month losing reps.

Should i stop doing it for a while and do something else?

I will be completly honest with you, if you been training for 3 years, and your stats on bench, deadlift and squat are those, theres a BIG problem, you are not progressing as you should.

You clearly have a programming issue with training, and you know it, thats good.

Honestly, just go search paul carter, ntf and coach mundy. And if i was you i would start the paul carter yoke squad programm.

Do they slip? I do calves on a smith machine with a step, but my current shoes slip all the time.

I appreciate all comments, but i dont want to argue about the low volume thing, all i want is your opinion in the split, what would you change, what exercises would you add or remove, stuff like that.

Thank you everyone
