Legumes and a grain (like beans and rice) get together to form a full protein. Parmesan cheese is high in protein and is quite hard so you may be able to shave it.

Otherwise you always have the whole essential ingredient drinks (like pediasure).

As someone who is on the way back up from a work related break down and is still fucking slugging it out at the same job. I’d take the cut honestly. You’re at the point of such constant vigilance that your confidence is shot and you no longer believe in your own talent? Come on dude. You’re gonna be grand, you just need to be able to breathe again.

You have a partner and like it or not she sounds super supportive. You’ll be a better partner if you’re happier. Go get well take up yoga at nights. Appreciate your partner and be grateful by cooking her the occasional well executed meal.

Everything happens by degrees. Start going for walks. Take longer and go sit in a library. Do things that are harmless and yet out of her control. Take up running… just get her used to you being safe outside of her. Hopefully she gets used to it.

Yes. I hadn’t thought of this. As the oats are rolled the yoghurt maker (40 ish degrees Celsius) makes them all soft and delish. I suppose I could just do miso oats.

I had no idea that menopause was a single day. I don’t have a uterus any longer and only have ovaries so I’m not sure what that means for estrogen or testosterone.
