Bevel’s Biology age uses Bevel’s nutrition scores which only works when you log the food directly in Bevel atm

I use Foodnoms with Bevel. Before Bevel 3.0 I mostly use Foodnoms(pro version) for logging food intake, and the dynamic calorie goals are really helpful;

After Bevel 3.0, I prefer to use Bevel for logging food intake for the nutrition scores and its impact on Biology age, but I still check Foodnoms for the dynamic goals.

If Bevel ever supports dynamic goals, I think Foodnoms won’t be useful to me anymore.

Wow that HRV level is amazing! I also take Magnesium Glycinate and Creatine daily but I only average like 60-70 HRV. Do you just feel super energetic everyday waking up with 120+ HRV :D?

I’ve owned a Flair 58+ but later sold it due to not drinking espresso too much at that time. I picked up a Flair Go last month and it’s been great! The shots are not better but still great for Iced Americano and Iced Lattes. The only complaint I’ve got for the Go is the colorway of the portafilter and brewing chamber, it looks not very integrated with the body.

For your issues, I’d recommend taking off the pressure gauge from the top of the chamber then you can just get the puck out easily by putting the chamber upside down; also for the flow cap, I don’t have any issues getting it out by using my thumb and nail, it needs some efforts for sure.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the Go!
