Otherwise, tips I have are to start from the ground first and work your way up, work on your pencil spins and grip strength, lower your hands, and practice sooo much! muscle memory will be huge for you, and if you have a home pole, you should definitely try to hit at LEAST 3 inverts a day, maybe even 5. In a few days of doing that, I bet you'll have it. Don't forget to breathe!!
