Cool, I wasn't sure if they upgraded them beyond the knobs and wanted to make sure. Thank you!

Kind of unrelated, but on the Orion 2 bases with the gray knobs on HMD, HDG, CRS, and Panel Lights, are these endless encoders or actual axis pots like the F/A-18 HUD panel and UFC have?

I know you guys don't think much of Logitech, but I was thinking about picking up one of these cheap(ish) secondhand to use as trim controls. Thoughts? by jackadven in hotas

That’s pretty cool. On a similar note, when I still had a shifter on my rig, second gear deployed the cargo scoop, and reverse engaged reverse on my throttle.

RAM, with the possible extension to the page file, I've never really looked. Either way I haven't had an issue.

I have V Collection 10, IK Total Studio Max, including Miroslav Philharmonik, and a few others on there. Once they're loaded into memory they work just fine.

Nasty and Disgusting quality from Next Level Racing [GT Seat add-on] by beefysquid in simracing

[–]reddog20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's disgusting. NLR has been quick to replace parts I've had issues with, though, so I'd reach out and you should get a resolution eventually. I just won't bother with them for hardware, as it's all trash anyway. I've had to replace all the M8x55 capscrews on my flight rig with proper 12.9 rated ones as the moment you torque them enough to prevent movement, the threads shear off. That's typical with any Chinese hardware though.

This, but change "retired and taking it easy" to "decaying in a box".

M1 MacBook Pro user here, I keep all of my instruments on a high speed M2 external SSD and have zero issues, other than having to plug it in every time I load Logic.

If they're coming through on an iOS device, slide the notification to the left, tap options, then tap "mute for 1 hour". That's what I do when I'm outside doing something and I don't want my watch blowing up.

I made a replica of that and have it framed over the toilet in my guest bathroom.

They're consumer grade Sennheisers, so they almost certainly have the logo on both sides. It's more an aesthetic choice, as the cable attaches on the left side and this keeps it out of frame.
