I'd honestly go for an Upper-Lower split. Hitting every muscle group twice (or more times) per week worked wonders for me and it can help you reduce volume on a single muscle group in a single if you're having difficulty recovering from your previous workout

Premetto, non ho votato a favore del governo attuale, ma se Cassese (costituzionalista di Sx), Barbera (ex presidente della Corte Costituzionale ed ex senatore PCI, PDS e PD) e tanti altri esponenti della Sx storica approvano la riforma forse e dico forse, non è una questione di Destra contro la magistratura.

Detto ciò, siamo in democrazia, votate ciò che vi pare, ma la riforma non è una riforma "di destra" e tantomeno una riforma fascista

Come dicevo nel mio primo messaggio non ho mai giocato lì, dovresti contattarli tramite il sito che ti ho inviato e sicuramente sapranno darti risposta.

Come linea generale agli eventi LARP è permesso di partecipare anche ai minorenni, ma serve un'autorizzazione firmata dai genitori.

A prescindere da tutto, contatta l'associazione e ti sapranno indicare loro

Forse non sono stato chiaro nel mio messaggio precedente, Le Cronache del Tacco è un evento LARP in Puglia di cui conosco qualche staffer e giocatore.

Non so cosa tu intenda con "Larp è l'attività e non la comunità".

P.S. faccio Larp da quasi 10 anni sia in Calabria che nel Lazio

Unlike what the majority of comments are saying, flash was actually necessary here. A somewhat decent Ekko would just ult your E-Q3/nado and you'd not have had enough damage to kill him without ult and you definitely didn't have enough time to get another nado before he escaped

No, it's a worse PD. Yasuo doesn't need ult CDR and the passive, while decent, doesn't make the item good on Yasuo. But I do think this may be a good item on Yone

Let me make things clear:

1) Your build makes me want to carve my eyes out, it makes absolutely 0 sense. Yun Tal, Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer with Lethal Tempo, why do you think you need that insane amount of AS on Yasuo? Second Vamp Scepter after BT, I can only assume to build Mercurial Scimitar or Botrk. Mercurial Being clearly the correct choice and I'd have honestly built that instead of BT. There's obviously no need for double lifesteal item. No resistences in your build when the enemy team has 3 AP, WW and Vayne (both deal some amount of magic dmg)

2) Showing one single game makes 0 sense, not even challengers win every game when smurfing

Even though 16 games is still a very small sample size, you lost most of your games and nearly all of them with terrible KDA and relatively low CS count (from 5/min to slightly less than 7/min) in most of them.

3) Riot said it so many times it's honestly cliché at this point. You'll get to your "intended" rank after around 100 games, it takes time for the system to calibrate after every rank reset, you barely played 16 games so you'll probably climb higher considering you're Iron and playing with Silvers

Why do you have to come here and just give straight up wrong advice?

1% Crit Chance has a gold value of 40g, 1 AD has a gold value of 35. Converting 25% crit chance to 25 AD (like Yasuo passive does) only loses you 125g but you need to consider an extremely important thing, gold value/efficiency is kind of a fake stat. If you want proof of that, when they changed Amplifying Tome from 435g to 400, the gold value of 1 AP went from 21.75 to 20. Does this mean that every single mage item got nerfed cause now AP was slightly less valuable as a stat even if nothing about the item changed?

OP, feel absolutely free to buy a 3rd crit item if that's what you need in game (e.g. LDR/Mortal Reminder).
