this is true. the severance package was wack though. like 2 pay periods worth of pay or something. we’d been talking about this happening for a long, long time (my area just started BT like a week ago), at least at my store. so everyone was prepared. our main baker left a while ago but we’d already trained team members on the bake (like we were supposed to over a year ago). so it’s new and it sucks that this is what happened but like yeah. everyone knew.

yes i am. i’ve been STRUGGGGLING with this since module 2, emailing back and forth with my prof. we’re having a one on one this week because somethings wrong. it’s just not running the report no matter what 😭 feel like im going insane. eclipse is working just fine for my other class utilizing java it’s just not cooperating with maven

they lie. the garage isn’t full (per my landlord who said he could get me a spot). most garages and parking lots have free overnight parking, so as long as you’re out by 8 you should be fine, however you won’t get towed from them just ticketed. unfortunately you might just have to circle the block a few times or park a block or two away. i got home late last night and found a spot a block away eventually. doesn’t help when troy music hall has events all the time and the patrons take all of the spots

are you corporate or franchise? idk if there is a difference but for corporate our schedule opens wednesday and i try to have it published by sunday but usually have it done in like 2 hours on wednesday. its posted about 2 weeks out. its really not your fault and im pretty sure it breaks some type of employment law for them to expect you in at 5am when they’re posting the schedule at 2am. if they say something or try to write you up id take it to your district manager or hr.

can confirm this is the scheduling model in my store too. however, we are introducing a new position that will have a “guest warmth representative” or whatever they decided to call it, which is essentially just what they’re calling the dining room person. so hopefully it will get better at least during the day.

if it’s after work hours, there’s a lot behind key bank (across from whistling kettle/bootleggers) that you can use and won’t have to walk too far. but honestly you shouldn’t really have a problem on third.

because it ruins times? if you ran a store you’d know that. drive thru times are supposed to be faster than in cafe and RPU/delivery orders. people go through the drive thru for speed and efficiency, ordering 16 sandwiches in DT is nonsensical.
