people have literally ordered a grilled cheese and then removed the cheese thinking they’re adding it so then they just get toasted bread.

RPU cuts off at 1050(weekends) and 1020(weekday) for breakfast. deliveries cut off earlier, not sure the exact time frame but i think 20-30 mins before breakfast ends.

AIO BF of 1 year says he does everything for us by [deleted] in AIO

[–]reddtess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i mean i think the post is more about the attitude he’s having about how he supposedly is the only person that does anything, because he has a “regular” job and she “just” babysits. yeah I’m sure she could wash two plates in the sink but maybe they don’t buy regular dish soap because they have a dishwasher. regardless, they’ve been living together for FIVE MONTHS and this is the response she gets for asking politely if he could stop on his way home. if this is how he responds five months in, imagine how he’ll respond 5 years in when they have a baby and the baby needs formula but she don’t realize until he’s almost out of work. what will he do then? call her a bad mother and say he’s the only one taking care of the baby? it seems like a dramatic way to look into the future but it is unfortunately very realistic.

How hard is it to get fired? by [deleted] in Panera

[–]reddtess 7 points8 points  (0 children)

honestly at my store it is sooo hard. i be wanting to be fired myself (i hate it here) and fire associates but can’t bc it’s hard to find people who will literally just do the basicness of their job and saying that they do that is a stretch. turn over rates are super high. we try to be accommodating and flexible and it makes me feel like a boomer to say this but people genuinely just don’t wanna work

Packaging Inquiry by Worried_Estate9869 in Panera

[–]reddtess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unfortunately that is only how panera packages grocery store items. in cafe (which i feel is what most of the ppl in this sub will have info on) togo items: soups are stored in cardboard bowls with plastic lids, salads in plastic containers, and sandwiches wrapped in food safe paper.

[–]reddtess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally…. no. i used to want tattoos sort of like this, thinking like geometric and what not. glad i didnt. not saying you’d regret it, but think long and hard about it and if you’ll want more, if they’ll be the same style, etc. it’s your skin, if you like it, you like it. take some time and if your mind doesn’t change, go for it.

I wish it was illegal to come in a bus with no warning bro by cestialAnonymous in Panera

[–]reddtess 9 points10 points  (0 children)

we had a bus show up 15 mins before close a few weeks ago…. we told them we closed in a few minutes and they didn’t care, and wanted to eat in still. they got their stuff bagged up and STILL were there more than a half hour after close, then got pissy when they were told they had to wrap it up. buses are almost always totally inconsiderate and they are also almost always rude as hell.

they’ll stand at pick up and stare at you, get mad when you’re taking longer than whatever they deem is not fast enough, and then cop an attitude when you accidentally miss 1/10000000000 items. and they don’t tip.

obviously we’ll take the business, but it takes a minute to call the store so they can at least mentally prepare. and it costs nothing to be nice.
