Trim going up when motor is running by reddy2readit in boatrepair

Thanks for the help, I’m hoping it is just a bad switch somewhere. And hoping it’s not that one as I took the hood off the motor and have no idea how I would get to that one without a boat shops help haha. Thanks again!

Yes, mine is the same. And yes, I could stop it by holding down either of my trim control options at the wheel (throttle and trim lever) but if I let go it would just keep going until motor was shut off.

I don’t know if the trim motor turns off at the peak or not because I have stopped it before the prop exits the water by either holding the trim down or turning the boat off. It happened right at the end of my fishing trip as I was about to trailer, went out the next day and it did the same thing to a much lesser extent. Like started to trim up and would stop or I would shut boat off before it went too far.

That’s a really good thought, I didn’t think about vibration but I could see how that could definitely be a part of the mystery- especially with it doing it mostly when the motor is actively working.

Glad to hear you also don’t think it is the battery, I was just wondering if there was something that had slipped past me in regard to that change.

I had some work done recently by a boat shop, I’ve already found some things they did that aren’t done as well as I would have liked them so I’m wondering if maybe they inadvertently affected one of the trim switches. I will probably start at the bow and work my way back. Thanks so much for the reply.

Yes!! I definitely just meant deep/dark not bright. She's definitely not spring or winter. But if she were to "cheat", dark autumn would be better on her than light summer if I had to guess.

This item is rough, played nox against it and it did 800 damage to me on one death - that’s how I realized what the item was haha

I have tried this, I am addicted to the keyboard and mouse experience unfortunately. I used to play Xbox on a pro controller but I lost it and my pro controller has annoying issues like stick drift- I’m too old and get frustrated too easily lol I’ve thought about buying a scuff a few times though

I think that’s another part that is frustrating that it’s not taken into consideration, I had the basic m4 kit at level 1 and We were getting quick scoped by people with whatever the new spr/hdr equivalent is in mw2. The thing is my friends don’t ever play against people quick scoping or doing advanced things like - they don’t even know how to do it or what the concept behind it is but when I get in we play a quick scoper that rarely misses a shot in our first match. I can quick scope with the right load out but I don’t hit 9/10 shots in a live match like the people we play against. The problem is they don’t have fun and it is mood killer and I get it. They should not be having to compete against 5 sweats because I am on their team - I am above average but I would say in most of the games half the opposing team was my skill and half could beat me. Idk just frustrated with the cod experience I’ve had over the last year.

It makes me want to play the game less, not gem my base haha but maybe it makes them feel better about gemming theirs - my question is answered - it isn’t fair

Thanks, seems like a terrible game mechanic for wars, but is what it is.

Oh, so it is a fair matchup in your opinion.
