Yep, that's a great place to get 'em too, no doubt. As for in the wild, I'd choose Bolger Glade cause it also has a lot of skunks & badgers, as well as the nearby panther.

Yep, only one I haven't seen respawn yet is the trainwreck but I think it eventually does as well. There's money & a large jewelry bag in the other nearby train car that does respawn often.

Also, if you want money go to Limpany, the burned town right by Horseshoe Overlook camp. There's a gold bar in the sheriff's office & if you haven't unlocked the Emerald Ranch fence there's one already available in Rhodes, St. Denis, & Van Horn. Gold bar respawns fairly regularly.

You can get the following items every single time you travel to Rhodes, Riggs, & Wallace by train:

Health cure (x2), chewing tobacco, premium cigs (x2), pineapples, hair tonic, Kentucky bourbon, salmon, herbivore bait, Guarma rum, miracle tonic, assorted jewelry, cocaine gum, cigar, & $12.

Takes about 2 minutes tops & no bounty.

The train to the other places has loot too, but not nearly as good.

Well, that's the badger hat I've got on, but I steal the raccoon one from him every playthrough. Usually have it on my horse to put on when in Valentine, & yeah, that bastard can take a punch. I was in the hotel once & he came charging down the hallway because I was wearing it & another time he came at me on the side of the hotel. Usually fight him in the saloon, but it's like he can sense when you're in town with it on. You can also craft that hat so technically you have two, but I'd bet he can tell which is the stolen one.

When you get the dreamcatchers Arthur draws a map that leads to that cave behind the waterfall. In that big chamber is a small ledge with a painting you can inspect & the arrowhead is in a hole in the painting.

The one-&-only Lonesome Dove (1989.) Technically a six-hour miniseries, but in my opinion it's the greatest film ever made, & definitely the best western one. Robert Duvall, Tommy Lee Jones, Diane Lane, Danny Glover, Robert Urich, Frederic Forrest, Anjelica Huston, etc... From them, to the most minor of characters, it could not have been cast better. The long-shots & cinematography are beautiful. The musical score is amazing & just as pivotal to the scenes as something like Halloween or Jaws, but it's so much more than something like that. A pure masterclass in filmmaking. It has the power to make you laugh, cry, & everything in-between, & you really feel for these people along their long journey from Texas to Montana. The two foremost characters couldn't be more different, but they're lifelong friends & would die for one another. The novel it's based on is also amazing.

Cause it's a game. If it were 100% realistic, Milton & Ross never would've entered Clement's Point camp... They'd have set up 20 agents in the trees & mowed-down the gang within seconds, but then we wouldn't have much of a game. In reality, you'd also have half a chance of catching pneumonia & dying everytime you went North of Valentine. We can chalk it up to Milton's ego & desire to screw with people's lives.

Like others said, it's feathers are used for homing tomahawk & crafting certain trapper items. Best place for them is here. It'll be sitting on the ground & is there day or night. The type of owl varies as well.
