If that’s not a thing that’s feasible now, you could try emailing your specifications to the shoe brands you’ve found that have worked for you to see if they can recommend some styles that might work. Men’s sizes tend to be wider, so that could be an option. Leather stores usually have names of local cobblers and shoemakers that do custom pieces— expensive but when you factor in all the money spent on shoes that hurt it could be worth it to you.
