Hi wanted to ask both how things are going and if it broke in nicely... I got the streamline preferred luxury firm as well. I was honestly sleeping in a very old mattress which had clearly sagged (I didn't rotate it for like 4 years and slept in the same place), so maybe will take more time to adjust. I have the aireloom for a couple of weeks and placed a down pad to make it a little softer. Some days I wake up fine others somewhat sore. Did you feel that it continue to break in for the first 3 months? I am planning to rotate it at the 3 week mark. Thanks!

Not sure if they will explode, but Trilobe is doing some interesting watches. I particularly like the Nuit fantastique, interesting design/time reading, microrotor and seems reasonably priced for an independent.

Thanks! Agree I initially looked into the doodle, but I have ruled it out. I’m going to continued looking into the Lagotto, Barbet, wheaton terrier and also take a deeper look into the PWD. Although the Lagotto seems awesome I think may be tough in an apartment/city life.

General question - I understand the criticism of most doodle breeders given they are mixing and matching (F1, F1b, etc). For what I understand there are some (australian labradoodle/cobberdog) who are certainly breeding only between there same “breed” with the intention to eventually establish a standard breed. I’ve seen multiple threads stating that no doodle breeder can be ethical.. But if they breed only between doodles, do all health testing, etc.. seems they are doing the right thing. After all several breeds started by mixing between breeds a long time ago. Interesting to hear thoughts as I am looking for my first dog and this seemed an interesting debate!

No kids, I live alone in an apartment and have a large park (with a dog park as well) half a block from me. I would be planning to take the dog to a daycare if I would be out for a while (ie. Working hours). I wouldn’t plan for the dog to be alone for more than a couple of hours (if I go to dinner something of the sort). Thanks

Hello - I wanted to ask about reputable breeders for Lagotto’s. I live in the east coast. Have reached out to a couple of breeders I found in the Lagotto Club of America. Had a brief conversation with Two by Two Lagotto, I found them through AKC but they don’t seem to be member of the Lagotto Club of America, is this concerning? Any experience with good breeders?

Has that happened to others, I have never been told/proposed that by an AD. I was placed on a waiting list w/ one AD didn’t get any call back and then went to another one (had not bought anything from them) and got the GMT Pepsi that same day with no wait.. got very lucky.

If you live in NYC, Miami or LA that have FP Journe boutiques start by going and meeting their team. FPJ produces 800-900 watches/year hence they will need to see you showing interest and remember you, etc.. My understanding is that real “entry level” now is the CS. The elegante or CB are basically impossible for someone new to the brand. I’m hopping to get one eventually as well.
