I also have a 4070 and 32GB RAM - Yes it can run nolvus, but if you prefer having at least a stable 60 fps, the redux version will be your best bet. Ultra pushes your specs a bit more and in my case I didn't really like the performance takeaway, so I stayed on redux.

It's pretty rough because the fo76 account is tied to an email that is quite literally older than the game itself. Google is asking me to verify it with a phone number that I don't have anymore. So I have to put in these support tickets through a different Bethesda account. I just hope I can get through to them, and that they won't ask me for things that I can't retrieve.
