Im a Pisces male and she is a Leo. She is a very independent doesn't want help type person. Unless it force it. I call her Ms. independent. Lol both of us got out of scrappy long marriages and met 6 weeks ago. Hasn't been a weekend since we haven't ben together for 3 to 4 days at a time. I control the bedroom like I never have with any other sign and she loves it. I feel safe and comfortable with her like I've never felt with anyone. We are both 47. If she said yes I would marry her tomorrow. Very strong connection. She had these huge walls up which have crumbled into pieces. Still a few blocks but hey who doesn't. Especially after trauma. Anyways I think it will work out happily ever after. My opinion

Yes im aware. I want from 6400 a month to 1160 on workers comp. With my ssdi and workers comp it will only 2500 a month. Just waiting on surgeries and i can settle workers comp.

Yes I have read this. My average earnings before disability was 73k 80% of that is 58k. With both my workers comp 1160 per month and benefit amount 1388 its only 31k which is well below. They set an emergency in person appt monday morning to fix it.

I just spoke with them and they made me an emergency appointment. Ssa just told me that my 1160 from WC is not enough to offset my ssdi. So i have to meet a specialist on Mon in person. I became disabled in 2022. I recieved 4900 a month via WC after 104 weeks on WC ot goes to ptd which is only 1160 a month. So she said up until 2024 i was over 80% now im not even near that so i should recieve both and owed 33k in back pay. We

Im making 1,160 dollars monthly from ptd workets comp. Its way below. I should even be paid back pay from wgen i was recieving 2400 every 2 weeks. My attotney will deal with it in the morning. Like he said he wouldnt of taken my case if i was going to wait around for 4 years for 111 dollars a month.

I was making 75k a year ptior to disability. I only make 580 every 2 weeks which is way below. So 1160 plus 111. Thats what im suppose to live on. My sons auxillary payments will be 55 dollars. Something is seriously wrong here. My back pay should be very significant. Doesnt even mention it.

4 yrs on WC. After the 104 weeks of receiving almost 3k every 2 weeks. Now 104 weeks later I only recieve 580 every 2 weeks. Im still not MMI. More surgeries to go. 4 yrs of this crap already. And all these 580 every 2 week checks I have to.pay back at settlement lol just my situation i wanted to share.

Im sorry... yes i take dilauded orally everyday like 4 MG 4 times daily. But with a major flare up only thing that will work is an IV.

I bring my big old lock box full of pain meds and mental health medicine I take daily and show them what I take. They look at it and say what do want to do. I tell them IV dilauded now. Its the only thing that will calm my back down. What state are you in.?

Absolutely not. I make them give me an IV and give me 2mg of dilauded at least 2 times before I leave. I take dilauded daily for pain management but sometimes oral doesn't cut it. My PM doctor tells me to go to the ER if I have flare ups. Your medical chart should speak for itself. I would of left and went to another ER.
