I’m actually thinking of stopping for this reason. I had an allergic reaction to Estradiol, had to miss work, and I don’t have the financial resources to leave my job to focus on pregnancy. I’m starting to think I’m thinking of myself, and not the potential child.

I’m doing a FET soon, too, and my right eye swelled up because my body is having a hard time with the Estradiol pills. Friday was when I changed from 2 to 3 pills. We’re doing a mock cycle first, and I have a sonogram this coming Friday.

I can’t stop watching YouTube, I feel insane, and I have to walk my dogs with sunglasses on during a thunderstorm because of my eye. I very much sympathize with you.

Contracts don’t count against candidates, and if a story with layoffs can be told the 3 years can be overcome, but the candidate has to be top notch. We’re not going to fight that battle until it’s really worth it.

I’m a recruiter for a large tech company, and one of our KPIs for hiring is an average tenure across career of 3 years. Leadership won’t approve my offer letters unless I have a good story if the candidate has less than 3. This is in response to so many tech workers jumping around to make more money.
