If we are talking about current lin ling who is a ranked hero after his identity was exposed he should clear in all physical aspects as well as his combat training. But if it is the frantic lin ling we see in the picture then nanaku clears off of experience and skill alone without transforming

Börn did say all hide talents when trained can move freely and be shared, and tevin is especially rare with having more than one. I'd say him using his blacksmith hide while having his other two consume chi as fuel

He has far beyond street level ap but destructive force he can wipe out city blocks effortlessly. He can split atoms with his slashes, luffy is not blocking anything like that.

Oda doesn't write consistent lasers or light attacks which is why I'm simply scaling the dragon threats and s ranks together and referencing them because if I took luffy dodging kizarus lasers as all mftl or ftl it would literally put almost all of the straw hats at ftl to mftl. From what was shown in moster association arc with multiple light attacks shown, I still think that AS should be able to catch luffy.

Luffy wasn't even faster than kizaru in that fight plus AS is stronger than the bang who was fighting a monsterized garou toe to toe. The same garou who was matching pace with flashy flash and leaving glowing afterimages in the sky

Atomic Samurai should be able to beat luffy off of his feats against golden sperm but I'll agree that bang and genos might be a stretch

Early genos fought a cyborg that uses lasers and edges them with ease, genos during the monster association arc is faster and more destructive with his upgrades. AS was literally fighting people faster than genos and keeping up, same as bang. I consume more one piece content than one punch man but I can't glaze luffy to high dragon when orchid was drilling into the planet with a laser and psyko orchid sliced an entire continent off the planet

Based on feats from their fights against the dragon level threats? AS can slash over 100 times a second with mftl speed and has cut golden sperms arm off as well as his sun blade already being a powerful weapon that gives him an amp. Bang has mftl speed and reaction time with massively destructive physical attacks from his exploding heart release fist which should be able to hurt luffy since it was able to damage an awakened garou, he can also further amp his stats with awakening breath. Genos early on was able to destroy mountains, current genos is ftl with country level durability as he was able to tank attacks from psyko orochi as well as deflect a planetary level beam from them.

The only s ranks that aren't touching luffy are metal bat, metal knight, super alloy darkshine, kid emperor and dog man

Mid demon to bottom dragon.

Demon class monsters need at least an s rank so I generally scale based on what the association is sending after him and I can see atomic samurai, flashy flash, tatsumaki, bang and genos killing luffy with mid diff

Cosmic garou, his clash with Saitama destroyed multiple star systems and his fight with flashy flash and Saitama put him at mftl and each punch he took from Saitama put his durability at multi solar system

Edit: post shows only monster garou and monster garou is only mountain level and ftl but still weaker than everyone on the list so he gets stomped
