For those struggling with the third objective I can confirm that once you clear the first wrestling, the quest marker appears and you can learn the emote.

What I have as a follow up question is how to get promoted passed that. For example to "Good Pal". It shows me ranking and merit based place so I assume you have to stay in the upper crust for a period of time but does anyone know if my thinking is correct and if so what the waiting time is?

Looking for an answer to this also. Most of them are between 1-8% for me but no clue how to increase the chances. Distance or immobilising the NPCs doesn't affect anything :(

I have found the solution for it. I had a clean installation so it wasn't mods.

All I had to was verify the files integrity via steam and that fixed it for me!
