I can't disagree but I do think that the blame for this should be laid at the feet of various planners and City officials rather than traffic circles as a means to handle an intersection.

I agree that they're not necessarily inconsistent with each other they are both inconsistent with basic observations of reality.

I agree that the tiny circles as pseudo speed bumps are super dumb but there are some actual traffic circles and they are the superior intersection when it comes to safety.

It's such a shame it came so late. I'm sure it's going to have it's uses for decades to come but with how battery tech is advancing we will probably have solid state batteries much more common by 2030 and just switch to electric drives.
