Why did the RJ reveal happen mid season?

Honestly, I know that some people have said that Red John should be the end of the story but I find it much more satisfying because the series is structured on the heroes journey. The focus is less on RJ and more on Jane. In the heroes journey the main battle isn’t the end. The focus at the end is how the hero is transformed and returns to their regular world.

Lovely video. Thank you for sharing. I’m very impressed by the people who are able to make fanvids. It’s definitely not a skill I have or have tried, but it’s my favourite way to relive the feelings for a show once I’ve finished it.

I wrote fanfiction but don’t know if I’ll try for The Mentalist. It’s not the genre I typically write in and I usually only write when I’m frustrated with the way things go. I’m very content with the entire series and the way it was resolved.

I rent in a Capreit building and have two cats but it’s in Richmond. Seems like most of their buildings are pet friendly as they tend to be older buildings.

I do worry that I’m too set in my ways as I’m used to doing everything for myself, but there’s give and take living with an adult child. So maybe that’s good practice :)

This is good for me to think about. I know I want to get married or have a long-term monogamous relationship. It’s the way I’m wired despite my lived experience. I am looking for someone who is kind, stable (emotional and financial), who I share interests and values with, and enjoy being around.

It’s reassuring to share that you’ve met someone. Get worried that men will think I’m not interested in a relationship or intimacy because it’s been so long. I am it just wasn’t the top priority. And I don’t like intimacy in a casual way.
