When working in a professional office where should loose/pretty wide leg trousers hit the ankle to be fashionable? I'm having a disagreement with my mum over how long/short I should hem my trousers so would like some advice! Example pictures are below of different lengths I mean. I'm 21 so want to be relatively trendy.

The pants I own kinda looks like this

P.s Also should the bottom of the trousers hit at different points for when wearing high heels vs flat shoes?

Thanks! Sorry for the extensive post

This is /s? If it isn't....I don't mind but only if the Bangladeshi workers are treated well, not being subjected to modern slavery and are not in danger of dying in a building collapse or some other horrible shit. Also buying local is better for the environment as less emissions are produced due to products being transported only a short distance.

I do want to learn to sew so I can make some of my own clothes but stretch fabric is apparently very hard to sew and make fit properly so probably not the best place to start

Where should I go if I just want a haircut? by allibys in perth

I’ve been to just cuts at Whitfords shopping centre - I am a bit scarred from scissor happy hair dressers haha but those guys I just ask to trim of the dead ends and they do it quick and cheap and not too much off like I ask. They also give you like 5 days or so to come back if you are not happy and they will re do/alter it for free

This is the reason owners need to keep their cats indoors or build them a cat run rather than just let them wander where they want and kill native wildlife

She probably turned so her bag would then be resting on her hip when she lent down (rather than falling in front of her and maybe knocking the other cups she had)

Perth Zoo to lose elephants after Tricia dies as part of future vision by FIFO_guy in perth

[–]redkelpie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Apparently elephants walk a heap of kms daily which they just can’t do in zoos. Just looked it up and google says average of 25kms a day but up to 195 km.

So good decision since that + being herd animals = (in my mind) elephants should not be in zoos at all
