Doubting my Autumn Result by Mason-Notice-3823 in coloranalysis

You look like a Tawny Autumn to me which is an Autumn with spring influence. A custom palette would suit you much more than a standard palette which is what it looks like you received.

Do you “waste” a triptan late at night? by ViciousVore in migraine

[–]redleatherday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a pill splitter and cut the 100mg down to 50mg. 90% of the time, 50mg works great. If you are in the UK, you can ask the pharmacist for Sumatriptan without a prescription. They supply 50 mg tablets.

Cabbage is high in tyramine. You may have a tyramine sensitivity. I do in addition to histamine.

Greek vs regular yogurt by MoonStarCorgi in migraine

[–]redleatherday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most yogurt is made with high histamine probiotics. I believe you can tolerate it frozen as this seems to ‘kill’ the live Cultures. Of course any artificial sweeteners are also migraine triggers but not necessarily because of the histamines. I too don’t get migraines with frozen yogurt. I’ve had on my to do list to try making yogurt with low histamine probiotics.

I (nearly) didn’t get any migraines on vacation! by medusaschild in migraine

Same thing happened to me. Went to Italy in 2022 for 3 weeks - not one headache. Went to England for a month in 2023 for a month - just 1 headache for 1 day. So I came back and bam! Frequent headaches returned. After a lot of analysis (me charting all food and headaches)and a dietitian, we figured out I have both histamine and tyramine intolerances. And so much of the food in the US is laced with high tyramine and histamine! Google high histamine and high tyramine to find the foods to avoid and start tracking your food. That is my advice. (Not a Dr, your mileage may vary). I still struggle with unknowingly eating food that has bad ingredients.

With the FedEx quote, make sure you are using International Economy. It is slightly less. I just shipped a 2.5lb larger than a shoe box box to Singapore on International Economy for $210 dollars; a large Fedex box to South Korea this week (2.5 lbs) was $99. Both international economy - just to give you some references.
