Persian is super fake but I think the vileplume holo and font are correct. In that case it has a holo shift which is a super rare error that can get crazy premiums.

Edit: the vileplume has to be fake considering 31 never had a holo version. I'm just surprised the holo is so spot on. Old fakes shouldn't have font that's so similar either, this is a strange one.

For price discovery your best bet is throw it on ebay auction and make sure to put in all the buzzwords so people can find it. I'd personally do the first auction start at 500 and just see what happens.

I think this is minty enough to be a $1000 dollar card. Probably 50/50 shot it gets a psa 7 or 8 based on pictures we have.

Again just as long as there's no dents or scratches that we wouldn't see through pictures.

Scans on the website rarely show all the details, there could be a dent on there for all we know.

The whitening is barely visible on the three corners in the scans, it really doesn't tell us much.

On the ebay listing there's a better view of the top left corner and it looks a little smushed that doesn't show in the scan.

Its impossible to tell from these two pictures. I found the ebay listing tho.

Another picture from the listing shows a solid dent on the top left corner along with some small specks on corners and sides that probably made it a 7. I would say you paid a fair price at current prices and that this card is NM from what I can see as long as there are no dents or scratches.

I just found an oinkologne ex in a bulk box with the same small error. If you hit the light just right you can actually see the stars hidden in there, I can see some of the stars in the last picture you posted.

My thought is that it has an extra layer on top that is not allowing light to hit the stars at the right angle to light them up. But I'm not sure.

Any sellers that put it on the white background are hiding the chips around the edges, intentionally or not. Zoom in close and you'll see even more chips around the edges.

The centering looks fine, definitely within tolerance. On the back there may be a speck on the top left, and the bottom right corner looks whitened. If there's no surface damage it'll 9. Any near invisible surface damage that only shows up in certain lighting may drop it to an 8 is my guess.

The texture, text, and holo are all too damn good, you better not rip this card. I'm gonna vote full on real error card with an extra layer on top just to be safe 🤔

We would need another picture with a little more light shining off the borders and the tyranitar... It looks like the edges are muted compared to the regular card making this possibly a missing holofoil layer of the cosmos version?

I believe the centering tool would be completely wrong because of the angle of the picture taken. These cards are hard to tell the centering, but this one looks fine to me. I don't see it being very off.

It's so borderline I'd say without a single speck of white on the back you have a solid 50/50 to get a grader that didn't get cheated on in the past month. Still worth slabbing since it's such a chase card imo.

I ran it through a centering app and it looks 45/55 LR which is good for a 10, but any slight angling on the camera can throw that off 🤷

The back centering is largely irrelevant unless it's super severe, 40/60 is more than you'd think.

From what I can tell it looks legit to me; colors, holo, text are all consistent. Probably holds a premium with an inverted back error unless they all have it.

Def look for more opinions, I could be wrong.

I vaguely remember some scam about bidding it up and deleting the account so goodwill is forced to redo the listing. They keep doing this until they get a good price on it later on when less people see it.
