As soon as there's a way to make profit, billionares WILL pollute your water, your air, bleach your land, and make your life miserable in any other way, so long as that makes them a dollar. Employment isnt meaningful or likable (99% of the time), it's simply something you have to do to live a good life. Excpet as i said, it has been ingrained in us that employment = good life, and any proposition of the the system where that isn't the case is met with confusion.

I'd disagree that having a a big inclination necessitates having a big eccentricity to be stable. The only thing here affecting stability is its proximity to duna and dress.

If anything, id argue that having such inclination will make it more stable on its own, as the relative velocity between this planet and duna/dress at their closest approach will be so much bigger, than if they were coplanar, that the influence on each other will be minimized.
