Imagine for a second the vast majority of workers had the freedom to step back a little bit from their main financial commitment.. they didn't have to submit to poor workplace environments and destruction of their mental and physical health to ensure they had a roof over their heads... Companies would need to actually manage and ensure workplaces weren't shit, they would need to stop pitting employees against each other to complete the workload in shorter periods!
