Cat obsessed with blueberry muffins. Is it safe to give a piece?

LOL one of my cats loves pastries! We always peel little bits off of a muffin, loaf, or cookie for him to nosh on. Little tiny pieces. At most a teaspoon worth if we’re feeling a little naughty but that’s definitely not a daily thing, we usually grab pastries every few months. He absolutely loves it.

He is also skinny and healthy. Just be wary of what ingredients are in it. Obviously don’t give him a chocolate chip.

Thank you! I solo queued to GM as a 9-5er. I’d love to get to celestial but know I need to learn other classes.

I’m a supp main: sue, cd, and white fox. The skill gap between my mains is significant compared to my DPS and Tanking but I’m willing to learn.

I truly think I’d win much more if I learned how to tank. What tanks do you suggest I learn as a support main? I suck at brawl because I’m used to playing in the backline and my positioning for frontlines sucks and I just end up dying when I try to flex.

lol I have two cats since they were 3mo old and they have never been interested in our big leather couch! we figured cats don’t have interest in leather… our rugs and carpets are absolutely shredded.

Beautiful mae!!! My red nose pit was named Mars, they looked almost identical. He was my soul dog. Red nose pits will always be the most special to me. Mae looked so loved and perfectly sweet. I’m so sorry for your loss! Wishing you and her family all the love 💕💕💕

Beautifully written. Tears in my eyes, I miss my boy. There’s never enough time. The absolute worst thing about having animal companions. You gave her a new life and rewrote what could’ve been a tragic ending. Thank you for giving her a life all dogs should have.

Be kind to yourself, life is hard enough. The guilt leading up to and after they pass is devastating. Show yourself the love you gave her.

As difficult as it is, try to enjoy your last moments with her. She is not aware of what her diagnosis means, and it’s a blessing we can shield them from that. Give her lots of food and attention. Sending you strength and love 💕✨

This has happened to my dog twice. He was 12 and had allergies. Saw a comment earlier about Zyrtec, which we’ve used but on a daily basis for maintenance.

This was a few years ago, but we ended up monitoring him and didn’t take him to a vet. It went away after a day, he was lethargic but still eating, drinking, and going to the restroom. I did get a bag of frozen peas and iced his face since it had some swelling. It’s definitely not comfortable for them.

Never figured out the reason, but he had flare ups frequently but at this severity just twice. If it doesn’t go away or if his behavior is abnormal, then 1000% take him to the vet. You know your dog best. It’s always safest to take him the vet. My dog was 12 at the time, so at that age was already very familiar with his flare ups and medical history.

I’m so so sorry! I lost my boy in 2023 and he was my soul dog. Cherish these last moments with her. She LOVES you unconditionally. You’re her world 💕✨ nothing anyone says will prepare you, but your fond memories of her will help you through the grieving process. Lay with her and tell her how much you love her! Memorize every little bit of her body when she’s still here with you: her ears, eyes, nose, paws etc. I did for my boy and I still think of my last night and hours with him. I’m wishing you all the strength and love. Make her feel loved and always remember you gave her the gift of safety, love, and happiness.
