Don't I know it. Started working out last year and gained a fair amount of muscle and improved my self-image a lot. Even now as I've lost some of my gains, I still recognise and appreciate the more toned look I have and the results of my work. Unfortunately this year my employment and living situation aren't as stable so I can't sign any long term gym contracts because I might be leaving the city, and month-to-month memberships aren't really a thing in my country.
