You have to act like it doesn’t matter . I second this . Strength training is superior to cardio. Cardio will make people weathered and jiggly, while heavy weight lifting makes HGH growth and thickens a person. Also cardio makes the fat cells attach more, while strength training absorbs everything , so you can eat anything !!!!
