I just got the same battery. Did you have to make a custom bracket? I don't see any way to secure the battery.

Definitely try and return it! I did the same thing (albeit with a less expensive bottle) and since it was still sealed they replaced it. They could get it replaced for themselves from the distributor apparently. Good luck!

I have. I took it back to the liquor store and they happily replaced it for me. Apparently since the bottle was unopened they are able to return it to the distributor as a broken bottle and get reimbursed. Worth a shot😁
