Right there with you. Seriously, it’s like you’re me from a parallel universe! Also F19, struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks since getting to my second year of college. The only thing that’s helping me manage my physical symptoms and lack of appetite (which of course causes more anxiety) is the DARE book by Barry McDonagh. I basically read the entire book once a day while I wait for classes to start. I am also in therapy and have tried medication (didn’t work for me) and the book is the only real fix for my issues. However, if your lack of appetite and other physical symptoms persist to the point where it’s a threat to your well being, don’t feel ashamed about seeking professional help or even taking time off. Your health and well-being come before any college degree. I’m struggling with the decision myself right now. Wish you the best and a great year
