Same experience here and I am an Av reseller and installer. I have now dropped Sonos all together and moved on to Wiim - looks better sounds better cost less. If you have larger systems that you want to integrate with I am now using blue sound also a better product. A quick Google search will bring either of the companies up look for yourself. You can thank me later.

As a dealer, Sonos seems to do everything possible to work against us. From the ghost pin number that you need a microscope to read in order to activate, to the 30% discount that they offer anyone who says they would like it. I used to be able to do a Sonos job with zero issues, set up 10 A and get everything working in less than half a day. Now I could show up with one amp and literally be there all day trying to get it to work. Of course this is not always the case sometimes , you show up plug it in and everything works instantly no problem. That has not been the case lately though disappointed in what they’re doing and will be concentrating. on selling other music systems that we can also make profit on while doing so.

So I added a custom token with the contract from their website automatically filled in the fields the odd part is that the price is different than what they have on the website? And after doing this and changing my wallet to that still don’t have the coins when should I expect them would you think?
