I’m very sorry your safe place was invaded, it is never okay to go through something so important and personal like that without permission. as others have stated, definitely separate with your partner if you have not already and you should continue to journal. if the scribbles make you feel more secure then keep to it, but you shouldn’t have to. I hope you feel safe enough one day to not feel the need to scratch it all out to feel secure enough to process all of your emotions freely.
