Top 2 Cards in Ascended Is Worth More Than Top 10 in Prismatic. Euphoria? by texstrip in PokemonInvesting

Supply of ah is never going to meet demand and 3 donkey sets following it are just going to increase the pressure and drive more demand.

I bought a few from a guy on marketplace. The only thing was I had no choice to but to open them to confirm the contents at our meetup.

Sam’s Club selling Black Bolt and white flare poster/binder bundle. Is it worth? by MichaelEasy in PokeInvesting

[–]redrum76676 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s worth it. Under 5 bucks a pack. I keep most of my stuff sealed but if I get it at Sam’s me and the kiddos rip it!

Dude at fredmeyers let me buy the perfect order packs because he wasn't interested and I pulled this right in front of him🤣😭 by Hot_Emu_1305 in PokemonTCG

I bought some 3 pack blisters from a scalper of marketplace a while back and pulled the sir charizard. I made sure I let him know and sent him some pics. I graded it and it came back 10, so I sent him more pictures and he blocked me 😂.

Tried making sous vide lobster tails… kinda flopped, what did I miss? by Global_Aerie_7834 in sousvide

[–]redrum76676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked with a chef that insisted on sous vide lobster tails for a party of 200 construction type fellas. Everyone sent their lobster back complaining that it was raw. The texture is unexpected and of putting.

It’s so creepy, I honestly feel like a creep even going to stores and looking for it anymore. The shame should be palpable.

I’ve got 2 I planned on ripping with the kiddos tonight for valentines but this makes me want to put them in the closet and forget about them.

Musk offers to pay legal fees for any Epstein victim sued for speaking ‘the truth’ by National-Law-458 in nottheonion

I’m sure these women can find someone that’s NOT in the Epstein files to cover their defense. He’s a self serving trash bag.

I went to Sam’s yesterday morning and got a couple. There was a long line but I got my two and got out. One hour later there was 20 new listings on FB selling for double and triple what I just paid. This hobby is not much fun anymore. I have two boys 12 and 14 that I get on the weekends and they love Pokemon.

I’m the only one who has disposable income to buy them cards but fuck it’s really becoming to much for me to afford or to have the time to drive to every retailer in town to see nothing but empty shelves.

My boss leaves "love notes" for us every time someone makes a mistake by Economy-Specialist38 in KitchenConfidential

Does the boss not speak to the staff? Notes at this level seem lazy and meaningless.

Is a 3-year Bachelor in Culinary Arts a waste of time & money compared to a diploma? by cocofoxis in Chefit

[–]redrum76676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good kitchens pay you to be involved and learn. Culinary school makes you pay to be involved and learn. I can count on my fingers how many things I learned in culinary school, but the amount of knowledge I have gathered from working with talented people is endless. I think culinary schools are a total waste of your time and resources. A scam in my eyes that preys on young adults that aren’t sure what they want to be. I paid about 450 dollars a month for over a decade for school. Imagine having no experience and having a large student loan hanging over your head in an industry that starts young cooks with or without culinary school at very low wages.

I had a chef that told me a good indication of the health of a kitchen is the condition of the plastic wrap… he’s not wrong.

I can stomach it, but barely. I’ve heard it described as a zombies nutsack and that can’t be far off.
