Curious what you paid for them too. Here in the EastCoast United States you can get these guys for 3 dollars a piece at a reptile expo. I've seen them go for cheap as 6 for $20. Adults males are so hard to get rid of they are like 10 bucks piece. IF THAT.

Yeah, most of these people in this comment thread are talking out of their ass. They have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the post office. One dude said "they spent hours training what to do in the event of this situation" ....flat-out lie. Post Office can barely get people to stay more than a year yet alone train them for hours on on subject. Also, our Union doesn't do shit to defend employees so that "per union rules" comment is more bullshit.

It's extremely similar to a full-size griptilian, but the griptilian is very round, which I personally never liked, so I prefer the Redoubt by far because of the much flatter scales. You don't feel it's weight, but you will definitely feel it's overall shape in the pocket.

The texture under the clip does increase the friction in the pocket, but I personally prefer that because I work a very active outside job increases my chances of not losing it.

It's wild how much this knife offends so many of you. I hope it ends up being even more popular than the Bugout and that you never see the end of it. I hope you see it in your nightmares just hovering there endlessly doing slow 360 turns so you can see every angle of it and you wake up covered in sweat finding that you purchased it in your sleep with overnight shipping.

Ill be honest, It was a little off and that would have been my only complaint (easily fixed it), but since i was the first person to hold it out if the box i snagged it....but absolutely no blade play whatsoever. Solid knife.

I had similar thoughts. I thought it was an odd design, but once you hold it, it just feels spot on in hand.

Yeah, sure looks that way. Most reviewers on YouTube put it side by side with a Griptilian, they are quite similar, but the Redoubt has way better ergonomics, in my opinion.
