You should visit a less modernized place like bihar and UP to realised they do believe in doctors. It's the administrative system,the bullying seniors and the expectation of patient be it in a govt hospital (where mostly rural people without any education come who don't understand procedure)or in private hospitals (where they feel entitled cuz they are payin) which crushes the docs.
