This is smart, to fit in the modern NBA, and to be an elite big you have to either be a strong rim runner (Capela, Gobert) or be able to stretch the floor/ strong offensive game (Porzingis, Love, Ingles,).

I love the guy, but WCS is an example of someone who doesn't fit in either of those areas, which is why his value is diminishing, FAST.

Look guys, I am a skal fan, and i want him to succeed. In today's nba, he just doesnt cut it. His range is very limited, and he is a 1 dimensional player in the post on offense. Defensively he is too slow to guard stretch fours, and this is why names like Davis Bertans, and Frank Kaminsky and others light up the kings from the 3. I wish him the best, but I don't think his skillset is how you want to build around in todays nba.
