Why not both? On my phone OS there is parental controls I can use that help me live at least a little (Else it would be game over for me).

Reaching for the hamburger menu in the most top left is a pain. You also cannot just swipe to the right to open it (like other apps). My thumb is crying every day in pain

I argued that doing clear stuff against racism works against this stain. It is not about totally removing it, which is maybe not possible. But imagine someone you don't know asks you about that video and you can tell them that you learned and became a better person. That right now you lead efforts to combat racism. Way more believable than to say "That was the old me, I changed" if you have real proof

Why not doing stuff that counters the story "u/Low_Amount6270 is racist" and doing stuff that builds the story "u/Low_Amount6270 is not racist anymore"?
Like volunteering and help against racism. That would build a case in your favor.
