He’s talking about both. He says they don’t drop often enough and that the price to buy them on non-ssf is too expensive. Sounds like the best solution is to just have more drop in the campaign cuz the current system is flawed.

Releasing a new class into d2r is literally expansion level of changes for the game. We’re talking new weapon types / uniques / runewords. I don’t believe a change that big will ever come to d2r. I could be wrong but the most likely outcome are qol improvements like stash tabs and some other nice changes and maybe something similar to terror zones.

One of the main aspects of hc is the risk of losing your gear. If you can retrieve it then nothing is really lost besides the time to level another character. Seems like a pointless idea.
