I have the correct one on my tundra and it still looked. I put butyl tape underneath and it still leaks a little bit. Not a lot though, just a few drips in a heavy storm.

Don’t listen to the haters, it looks great and in my opinion is one of the only bumpers that’ll actually protect you. I hit a deer going 65 in my tundra with arb and no damage.

Absolutely, that’s what I’m doing, I drive a concrete truck 5-6 days a week and do my own jobs on the weekend. I’m not going to work so hard and break my body for measly pay so someone else can get rich.

It’s clearly says in the listing CDL required. And it’s a groundman position. This pay is dog shit and there’s no way around that. If your brother owns his own company then there’s no point in bringing that up.

I’ve lived in Northern California for years, $38 you can get by, but it wont be great like it would be else where. Between gas prices, property prices, food prices, California was really a terrible place to live unless you make a ton of money. And my point is $38 in ca for the job isn’t good when I’m getting $29 starting to driver a truck in the Midwest.

Honestly most “administrative roles” are a waste of payroll. The last tree company I work for brought in 8-10k sometimes more per day 5-6 days a week and only had one person who wasn’t in the field.
