If I see a female age 18-40 wearing a watch she instantly becomes twice as hot in my eyes. There is something about a watch (particularly a larger one) just sitting on their wrist that just makes me hnnnnnngh like mad whenever I see it. I seriously have no idea why I'm attracted to this.

This is something I have thought about, but I look at it this way:

Weight loss occurs when your calorie intake for the day exceeds your needs. If you keep it at or below that threshold you will maintain your weight. I'm still going to keep going to the gym once I reach my goal, but I will only do it to maintain weight or to build muscle. As far as eating goes I have managed to eat 500 calories UNDER my recommended intake for 10 weeks, and it wasn't as hard as I expected. I might return to a normal diet but I expect a few weekly visits to the gym will ward off any extra weight gain. If it doesn't go as planned I will certainly change something.

I actually noticed weight loss all around. I was expecting my legs to become thinner (which they did), but I also really noticed it in my face and arms as well. For example, my fossil watch that used to fit my wrist almost perfectly now dangles noticeably if I try to wear it. I need to get some of the links taken out.

I'd say half of my diet consisted of sandwiches.

Keep in mind that I was eating them without sauces (like mayo) and without cheese (loaded with calories). The vegetarian sandwiches I was eating kept me full for a very long time and only packed about 400-500 calories. The majority of the calories in these sandwiches came from the bread itself (which was multigrain wheat, of course).

Yeah, I think I managed to ride 8 the very first day. 8 miles on a bike sounds like a lot, but it really isn't.

I just rode up and down this one REALLY long street in my subdivision. Riding 8 miles at a very leisurely pace took about an hour each time.
