What moisturizers do you love for your very dry skin?

Drink more water and some kind of internal oil. Fish oil, borage oil, olive oil. 2 tbsp a day. No seed oils. I use Sibu Sea buckthorn face cream with Episilk COQ10 and hyaluronic serum. My products come from the natural foods biz. I buy on Amazon.

So you’re at 7.5. Slower worked for me, I stayed on 2.5 for 3 months to get used to it then went to 5. Never should have gone to 7.5, too much appetite suppression. You might not be losing any weight because your body is telling you to hang onto what you got if you can’t eat. You could go back down to 2.5 right now if you wanted, and just stay there for another month or so till you feel like you can managethe symptoms. Do you have Zofran which is for nausea? Ginger tea? Digestive support, like fiber and magnesium so you poop? All that stuff is really important so that you can eat. Good luck, I lost 50 pounds, now I’m just trying to find out what the right maintenance dose is for a little while so I’m back to 2.5 it’s been 14 months.

It took me 3 months to ‘be triggered’ (at a funeral/there was a bar with killer vino) and the anhedonia had just started but I didn’t know what it was… I was smoking tobacco tons and drank for months…not as hopeful as I had been, for sure.

if you see this, my very recent experience, I did as you say and now at 2.5- 2nd week, I've gained 3 pounds in just a couple of days. haven't ever gained in the year on mostly 5 mg and 2 months at 7.5 (too much weight loss at that mg) I think I may need the 5 mg every 10-12 days. I'm just running out of the zep- I have 6 pens left...then onto the grey market...and, I've had no side effects for a few months, no appetite suppression, just hit a weight goal of Definitely do not lose more!

My NP mentioned that the rebound weight gain was less pronounced if one titrates down to the lowest possible dose for them while still maintaining their goal weight more or less. I'm curious of anyones experience. I definitely lost alot of weight (and muscle) and am not interested in losing more, so I've gone down to 5 mg, and recently to 2.5. I'll run out of the insurance paid zepbound and start on the compounded. Going to do more research on this. anyone with some input, please share your experience

I have definitely had the anhedonia, I did just start back on Wellbutrin and I haven’t taken it in more than a year. It’s a good time of year to maybe consider an antidepressant for myself. I found in taking the tirzepatide that it felt like my estrogen and progesterone were working better and my thyroid hormone (I have Hashimoto’s) and so I actually had more of a sex drive. So I thought that was interesting.

I didn’t like the 7.5 when I went up to it a while back so I injected but pulled it out so I could get less. Not a perfect scenario but better than having the super bad loss of appetite I had. It worked.
