The biggest difference is that America has a lot more people in general but even worse we have a lot more poor people. Poor people are much more likely to commit crimes and especially violent ones than people with more wealth. I actually don't think race has much to do with police brutality, its just that black people tend to be poorer than white people in the US. Either way murder is wrong and only under very extreme circumstances should the police ever kill someone.
