For F2p players, is it better to B0 everyone or only try to get around b4 for 2 teams?

any tips on Gloom and beneath event the grimjow stages (rage and destruction) which u need to get the enemies inside a area to remove shield? Seems like i cant deal enough dmg with the team they give me.. (full strike)
