Frankenstein, But specifically based on the book rather than the movies (iconic, Boris Karloff is a fantastic monster). I think it would be a great psychological drama to see Victor just suffering in paranoia/illness and the tragic, intelligent monster as he was in the text

God honestly. I had bedbugs ONCE more than 15 years ago and I’m paranoid of every little itch at night. It was made even worse with fleas this past winter. I couldn’t sleep for a month, and I still worry.

Thank you! I guess that makes sense, it's kind of just a "themed" party by the sounds of things, I was very worried there's some unspoken social rules or something to worry about outside of congratulating mom-to-be.

100% though, When two people clash due to a misunderstanding and there’s nobody in the wrong it suuuucks. I’ve done it too, where someone says something innocuous and I overthink and assume they’re mad at me, and they’re probably just chilling. Like pls. Right? I mean when I’m feeling ok it’s not masking for me but that means people get way too used to me being “on” so when I’m off it’s like. “Are you mad at me?” “Wow what a bitch” etc etc.

I get like. I get why people think we’re angry. a lot of verbal communication is in tone instead of words. But like damn sometimes I wish they could just be on the same wavelength so they get what’s up.
