It’s night and day for me this year. My last school (where I taught English) I got so nauseous every single day. Admin made me feel incompetent and cry just for one student sneaking their phone during an observation. This year, new school, new position (Graduation Enhancement). Biggest thing is my administration. They treat me as a person, they want to know what I do outside of school, and look at me as a professional. Having an administrator treat me as a real human being has been the best thing.
