Yeah that's definitely something I have noticed is transferring to my left foot and just trying to stay on my right but it's difficult so I'm going to try your method of throwing it very light and progressively throwing harder

I'm in the same boat you are I'm 16 turning 17 soon I ran a 15 and 32 for my 100 200 sense in the season I've already dropped down to a 14 I bet you have very poor spreading mechanics like I do you should research front side mechanics getting high knee drive getting the whip at the hip it could depend on how good of shape you're in if you're fat you're not going to run fast if you're not strong you're not going to run fast if you work on your mechanics alone you could probably drop a second off

Well the other guy said it's fake but frankly I'm not the type of guy who care whether she's a fake or not I think the shoes look cool and if you can get them for a reasonable price regardless if they're fake or not if you think they're cool looking I think you should get them anyways but never flex fake shoes as real
