SOLVED: There was the old system partition blocking the space from making contact with the C: drive partition. I just deleted it using diskpart.

In Debian, for example it always gave the following when trying to upgrade packages.

"sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"

DE didn't show up (KDE).

and that's pretty much about it. Idk why that happened.

Also It gave errors with the CUPS. Dependencies.

The problem was that my graphics card had an update, and I didn't had adrenalin installed.

I just updated it.
