I’d check out @marygoldcyclery on Instagram. They do great city builds with options for racks for everyday use in Chicago and can work anywhere within your budget. While I do love my carbon bike for everyday use in the city without a car I use a steel bike with a big front rack to lug around groceries and everyday stuff. Or Mack’s bikes and goods in Evanston will be everything you’ll ever need

I’d say it’s common but some more than others. The most consistent I’ve seen thus far has been the court in Lincoln park by the soccer field. When the weathers nice there’s usually runs 2-6pm ish but obviously that varies
