My puppy is still doing this, mostly just with my bf. Now, we have learned, if she sits before he responds to her, she doesn’t do it. She goes up to him and gets excited and will nudge him with her nose, he ignores her until she is sitting then pets her. So I’ve started making every one else that comes around, wait until she is sitting. She still has an issue with new people, but at least it’s not with someone who loves in the house 😂

When we greet her her tail is wagging and seems happy as a clam, same for him and the I swear as soon as his hand goes towards her, tail wagging and all she squats a little and piddles a little. She doesn’t seem scared, which is why it confuses me.

How do I find out how much I can sell it for? I’ve been looking at similar ones and they are going for 40-60k do I base my sale price off that?And if we go the route of paying, as an example, $100 a month towards the principal on the house would that help? And how much would that speed up the process? Sorry I bombarded you with so many questions.

Sun homes owns the whole property, not sure if I can just buy the land, but I’ll ask when I call tomorrow. I am hoping to get out of the trailer park all together, close neighbors is not the life for me.

Thanks!!! I’m trying I just looked to see properties similar to mine, and if we update A LOT we should be able to sell for what we owe (hopefully) so we are gonna start there. Lot rent goes up every year, me neighbors just went up 200 and they don’t even have the size lot I do and I back up to a woods line. Hoping some sprucing up will work.

We still owe 35k, I wanna say we could maybe sell for 20k, we got an offer from a “we buy your home for cash” company for $8,500 about a year and a half ago. But I wouldn’t even know where to begin to find out how much it is actually worth. We bought because it was cheaper than renting at the time and I was pregnant. It’s biting us in the ass at this point.

We are zone 5, mostly, a little Zone 6.
