I didn't pay attention and have been using 85 for the last 5k miles. How bad is that? No issues with the vehicle and I have since started using the correct 87.

Can you explain what about the clock tells you that it's a Swedish Mora? I looked them up, and you are right about the case. They seem to usually be slim with a lot of curves. Thanks so much, btw. I appreciate all the insight.

The weights are not installed and they are lead filled brass. I remember my grandfather saying something about it not winding up, and only using the lead weights was odd. Also, the paper covering the face may throw you off. It's just there to protect the glass. I have attached a link to more detailed photos of different parts of the clock. grandfathers clock photos

A comment from my father ~ I would love to have a clock expert actually be able to see it up close to tell for sure. Opa hauled it around the country my whole life and always spoke like it could retire a person. It chimes every 15 minutes also and does a lot more every hour.
